Upgrade to colors screws:

Colored screws are designed to match the color of the building, with this option the screws on the building will become invisible.

Insulation upgrade:

If you are looking for something to keep your building warm and dry in the winter or cool during those hot days, add some insulation. Our insulation will keep your building at room temperature while preventing any condensation from adding up in the building.

L-Bracket Upgrade:

We highly recommend adding L-Brackets to the building if the concrete pad will be the same size as the building. With this option the L-Brackets prevents the concrete from cracking due to the force of the drill.

Heavy Duty Walk-In door:

Upgrade the walk-in door from a regular 36”x80” standard door to a heavy-duty walk-in door which range in size from 36”x84” to 48”x84” Looking to add a little more modern to your garage. Add Texas Cuts to your frame-outs.

Skylights:

Add more lighting to your buildings Our sizes range from 3’Wx4’L and 3’Wx8’L.

Sheeting upgrade:

Upgrade your sheeting from our standard 29-Gauge sheeting to our heavy duty 26-gauge sheeting.
